Booking conditions for renting our apartment in Torrevieja, Casa Flamenco
These booking conditions apply to all bookings for renting Casa Flamenco in Torrevieja. By making a booking you agree to these conditions:
1.Reservation and Confirmation
- Reservation request: A reservation can be made via our website, email, or by phone. All requests are subject to availability.
- Confirmation: Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the booking, including the rental price, deposit and any additional costs.
- Final Reservation: The reservation is final once the deposit has been paid (see section 2). You will receive a final confirmation when we have received the payment.
2. Payment terms
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit must be paid within 10 days of receiving the reservation confirmation.
- Remaining payment. The remaining amount of the rental sum must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period.
- Deposit. A deposit of €300, will be charged in advance to cover any damage or additional costs. The deposit will be refunded within 5 days after departure, provided no damage or additional costs have been established.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the tenant.
- In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount will be charged, unless we are able to re-let the apartment.
- Cancellation by the landlord. In the exceptional case that we have to cancel the reservation (for example due to force majeure), the full rental amount will be refunded. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the tenant (such as travel expenses).
4. Check-in en Check-out
- Check-in: Check-in time is 15:00 -20:00 on the arrival date. If you expect to arrive later, please inform us.
- Check-out: You must leave the apartment between 8:00 - 11:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Early check-out (before 8:00) is possible, for a fee of €25.
- Late Check-out: A late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to availability. The cost is €25.
5. House rules
The following house rules apply during your stay:
- Maximum number of guests: The apartment may not be occupied by more than 4 persons unless previously approved in writing by the landlord.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
- Pets. Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
- Damage. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during your stay. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
- Quiet hours: We ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the area, especially during the hours between 10pm and 7am.
6. Responsibilities of the Tenant
- You must leave the apartment clean and in the same condition as on arrival.
- You are responsible for leaving the apartment safely upon departure (closing windows, doors, etc.).
- You are requested to inform the landlord immediately of any damage or problems in the apartment.
7. Insurance
It is recommended that renters purchase travel and cancellation insurance that covers damage or loss in the rented apartment and unexpected cancellation fees. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, theft or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
8. Change of Reservation
- Changes by the tenant: Any requests for changes (such as changes in dates or number of guests) must be communicated as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but this is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Changes by the landlord: If we have to change the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution, if possible.
9. Force Majeure
The lessor is not liable for any delays, cancellations or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events (force majeure).
10. Liability
The landlord is not liable for:
- Accidents or injuries that occur in or around the rented apartment.
- Damage to or loss of personal property.
- Costs or losses caused by delays, cancellations, or changes to the reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (as stated in section 9).
11. Applicable Law
These booking conditions are subject to Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the rental or these conditions will be submitted to the competent court in Spain.
